STANDARD TERMS OF SERVICE

VIVID HOME | DIGITAL DESIGN & VISUALIZATION ARCHITECTURE

These Terms and Conditions constitute the legal agreement between Vivid Home  and the Client for the delivery of architectural 3D rendering, interior design, and bespoke panel visualization services.

1. FEES, DEPOSIT, & PAYMENT STRUCTURE
  • 50% Initial Deposit: A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total project quote is required to secure your production slot and clear project initialization. No architectural 3D environment layout, site modeling, or design work will begin until this deposit has cleared.

  • 30% Draft Review Milestone: A milestone payment of 30% of the total project quote is due immediately upon the presentation of the initial lower-resolution draft renderings  for your review, prior to executing any revisions or adjustments.

  • 20% Final Release Balance: The remaining 20% final balance is due upon your final approval of the corrected drafts.

  • File Release Policy: No final high-resolution 4K images, 3D files, or marketing assets will be transferred to the Client, their sales teams, or third-party web portals until this final 20% balance has cleared into the Designer’s account.

2. CLIENT DATA SUBMISSION & TIMELINES

  • Source Material: The Client must provide clean, finalized architectural drawings (CAD, PDF, or DWG formats), material schedules, and lighting/electrical specifications before work commences.

              â€‹â€‹

The project quote is strictly based on the set of architectural drawings provided at kickoff. If the developer issues revised architectural blueprints after 3D modeling has begun (e.g., changes to structural walls, window placements, or room dimensions), an automatic remodeling fee of €50 per hour will apply to adapt the digital environment.

  • Production Timeline: Standard delivery timelines (e.g., 15–20 business days) are calculated from the date both the 50% deposit clears and all architectural files are received. Delays in file submission or feedback by the Client will cause an automatic extension of the project delivery deadline.

To maintain the projected delivery schedule, the Client agrees to provide feedback on drafts within 3 business days or as agreed of presentation. If feedback is delayed beyond 5 business days, the project timeline is automatically paused, and the final delivery date will be rescheduled based on the studio's next available production slot.

3. DESIGN REVISIONS & SCOPE CHANGES

  • Included Revisions: Every visualization package includes up to two (2) rounds of minor adjustments (such as swapping materials, shifting loose catalog furniture, or minor structural adjustments) during the lower-resolution draft phase.

  • Structural Changes: Major structural changes requested after modeling has been completed (such as altering wall layouts, changing window placements, or redesigning custom kitchen cabinetry blueprints) do not count as minor revisions. These will be billed as an out-of-scope surcharge at a flat rate of €50 per hour.

  • Post-Approval Revisions: Any changes requested after the final high-resolution 4K images have been rendered and delivered will be treated as a new project scope and billed separately.

4. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY & DESIGN OWNERSHIP

  • Usage License: Upon receipt of full and final payment, the Client is granted a perpetual, non-exclusive license to use the final high-resolution 3D images for sales brochures, web listings, and print marketing campaigns.

  • Proprietary Modeling Files: The underlying working digital files (including 3D models, files assets, custom texture mapping layouts, and lighting templates) remain the absolute intellectual property of Vivid Home. Raw 3D model files are never transferred or sold to the Client unless an explicit "Design Rights Buyout Fee" is agreed upon and paid in writing.

  • Studio Marketing Rights: Vivid Home reserves the right to showcase watermarked, low-resolution versions of the renderings, custom panel integrations, or conceptual styling work in its professional design portfolio, website, and social media platforms for marketing purposes, unless a strict Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) is signed prior to project kickoff.

5. FURNITURE & SPECIFICATION LIMITATIONS

  • Standard Catalog Staging: Unless the Client upgrades to a Bespoke Carpentry & Joinery Integration Package, interior spaces are styled using standard digital catalog furniture representations. While these assets mirror contemporary upscale lifestyles, they do not constitute exact replica models of specific local furniture brands.

  • Bespoke Carpentry: Custom items (such as the specific layout of internal kitchen cabinetry or complex bespoke joinery partitions),specific furniture are modeled strictly from clear technical design documentation /Furniture from image or product link provided explicitly by the Client.

6. CANCELLATION & TERMINATION

  • If the Client cancels the project after work has commenced, the initial 50% deposit will be retained by Vivid Home to fully cover the scheduling slot, creative administration, and digital workspace setup labor.
