Terms & Conditions of Interior Design Concept Project

1. Scope of Work & Revisions

The fixed fee covers the specific deliverables listed in the "Scope of Services."
Revisions: The package includes two (2) rounds of minor adjustments to the chosen design. "Minor adjustments" include changes to colors, textures, or specific furniture pieces.
Major Changes: Complete changes to the floor plan layout or a total shift in the design style after the Mood Board is approved will be billed at an additional hourly rate of €50/hour.

2. Client Responsibilities

The client must provide clear feedback within 5 working days of receiving a draft. Delays in feedback will result in a rescheduled completion date.
Site visits are limited to the initial 60-minute consultation. Additional site visits requested by the client are billed at €100 per visit (within the local district).

3. Third-Party Services & Implementation

VividHome provides Concept Designs. We are not responsible for the structural integrity of the building or the performance of third-party contractors (plumbers, electricians, etc.) unless "Author’s Supervision" is specifically contracted.
Purchasing: The furniture shortlist provided is based on market availability at the time of design. VividHome is not responsible for items that go out of stock or price changes by external retailers.

4. Intellectual Property

All designs, 3D plans, and mood boards remain the intellectual property of VividHome until final payment is received.
VividHome reserves the right to use project photos and 3D renders for marketing and portfolio purposes (privacy of the client's identity will be respected).

5. Cancellation & Refunds

The 50% initial deposit is non-refundable once the site consultation has taken place and work has commenced.
If the project is paused by the client for more than 30 days, a "Restart Fee" of 10% of the total project value will apply.

2. Delivery & Assembly Coordination (The Logistics)

Key Holding: I act as the official key-holder for the property during the implementation phase.
On-Site Supervision: I meet the delivery trucks and assembly teams (up to 3 dedicated days).
Quality Control: I supervise the placement of furniture according to the 2D map and ensure assembly teams do not damage floors or walls.

3. Staging & Professional Styling (The "Magic")

Full Setup: Unboxing and placement of all décor, kitchenware, and accessories.
Linens & Textiles: Professional dressing of beds and window treatments.
Art & Lighting: Directing the handyman/electrician for the perfect placement of wall art and lamps.
De-cluttering: I ensure all cardboard and packing waste is removed (coordinated with local waste services or site skips).

4. The Final Handover (The Result)

Final Inspection: A detailed walkthrough to ensure every lightbulb and cabinet handle is perfect.
Content Package: A high-definition Video Walkthrough and 15-20 Professional "After" Photos optimized for AirBnB or Booking.com listings.

Fixed Fee: Covers the labor and management for a standard project timeline (approx. 3-6weeks).
Limassol/Inter-city: Fee includes travel time and fuel costs (~€1.40/L).There is up to 5 scheduled site visits in Limassol. Any additional emergency trips will be billed at a flat rate of €120/visit.

There is no builiding , construction work supervision involved in the package , just refresh and small fixing works ( ask for a quote involving building/constrution work supervision)
The Kitchen: my packeges cover Kitchen "Refresh" only-New handles, cabinets front exchange, new worktop choice, and lighting(keeping old carcases) and styling, it does not include full new kitchen design(this is separate service).
Third-Party Costs: Assembly labor, delivery fees, and the cost of the furniture itself are paid directly by the client to the suppliers.
Access: Client must provide a Key Safe/Lockbox or digital code for the duration of the project.
Pricing: All prices exclude VAT.
Travel: Projects in Limassol/Larnaca include a travel surcharge (reflected in the "Limassol" quote).
Revisions: Includes one round of minor changes. Major layout changes after the "Multi-Option" phase are billed hourly.

1. Procurement & Ordering (The Admin)

Stock Verification: I manually check availability at local suppliers before the client pays.
Order Management: I handle the communication with up to 6 suppliers to ensure all items are grouped for the oranised delivery
Problem Solving: If an item arrives damaged or goes out of stock, I manage the return, refund, or replacement process directly with the store.
