In the design world, developers often use "cheat" symbols on floor plans—like drawing a bed that is 20% smaller than a real double bed—to make a room look bigger than it actually is. My job is to be the "Space Detective" and tell you the truth.

What the service actually includes:
The Scale Audit: I take developer’s PDF or hand-drawn sketch and redraw it to true scale. I show you exactly how much walking space is left once a real-sized sofa and dining table are in the room.
The "Liveability" Report: I look for "Sanity" issues like:
